This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which THiNX Cloud Remote Management Console collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the https://rtm.thinx.cloud website ("Site").

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users will be asked for name and email address, or those data will be requested from respective OAuth provider (Google, Twitter). We're also logging IP addresses of malicous and invalid requests for further investigation and possible law enforcement requirements. We will collect personal identification information from legitimate Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities or being considered participating in a malicious activity, in which case User's IP address will be logged without consent.

API keys generated by THiNX Cloud solely for purposes of THiNX Cloud do not bear any personal data. API keys are deleted with devices, when customer requests GDPR Data Deletion.
Data queues with retained messages are invalidated on account revocation.

Data transfers
Any individual can transfer their personal, device and environment data from THiNX Cloud (the data controller) without any interference. The data are provided as-is in standard JSON format.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others.

Changes to this privacy policy

THiNX Cloud has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will send you an email. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.
